PiloMed sells four products. Two are external oils, one is a powder taken by mouth, and one is an external ointment. People regularly ask which one applies to them, so here they are side by side.
We will say this at the top rather than the bottom: we cannot tell you which product is right for your situation. A clinician who has examined you can. What we can do is tell you exactly what each pack is, so you can have a better-informed conversation.

- Nine listed herbs including Lodhra, Harithaki, Nimba and Manjishta
- Carries the firmest safety wording in our range
The one distinction that matters most
Three of these four are applied to the skin. One of them — Gasansh — is taken by mouth.
Mixing that up is the single most consequential mistake you can make with this range. The oils and the ointment are never swallowed. If you have bought a combination pack, read the label on each item before you use it, because the pack contains products used in completely different ways.
About the combination packs
Because people often buy more than one, we sell three combinations:
- PiloAnsh + Gasansh — ₹620
- Gasansh + Jatyadi Tel — ₹620
- HealoAnsh + PiloAnsh + Gasansh — ₹980
To be straightforward about it: these are priced at the sum of the individual packs. There is no discount. They exist so you can order in one go rather than three, and each of them crosses the ₹499 free-delivery threshold. If you would rather buy one product, buy one product — it costs the same.
What none of these are
All four are Ayurvedic products sold under HSN 30049011 at 5% GST. None of them is:
- A diagnosis
- A replacement for a doctor's assessment
- A treatment for an underlying condition
- Guaranteed to produce any particular result — outcomes vary from person to person
Piles, fissure and fistula are clinical conditions. Some of them resolve with conservative care and habit changes; some need a procedure. Only an examination can tell you which.
Reading a product page properly
Every PiloMed product page carries the same sections, and they are worth using before you order:
- What is in the pack — exact quantity, not just "pack of 2"
- Ingredients — where the manufacturer has published them
- Directions — including whether it is taken by mouth or applied
- Warnings — the full list, not a summary
- Questions — the ones customers ask most, answered
If a page does not list an ingredient breakdown, that is because the manufacturer has not supplied one for that product. We would rather leave a gap than fill it with a guess.
When to see a doctor first
Before buying anything, see a doctor if you have:
- Bleeding, especially if heavy or recurring
- Severe pain rather than discomfort
- Fever
- Unexplained weight loss
- A lasting change in bowel habit
- A wound that is spreading, smells, or is not improving
- Diabetes and any foot wound at all
